About the event

Now in its 10th year – and second under the management of Reed Exhibitions – Airport Show is firmly established as one of the world’s leading events devoted exclusively to airport construction, operations, technology and services.

The 2009 show drew more than 210 exhibitors from 30 countries occupying floor space of more than 10,500 m2, and over its three days was attended by 4,710 visitors from 61 countries. Airport officials from 19 airports from Tunisia to China were present, representing close to AED 210 billion in airport project development.

Procurement deals worth more than AED 500 million were on offer, linked to airport development projects across the Middle East, North Africa and South Asia (MENASA) market, underlining the event’s ‘unmissable’ status as the region’s premier contact point for airport business.

Airport Show is held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and Chairman of Dubai Airports, and is supported by leading international industry associations and local government authorities.

Now under the aegis of Reed Exhibitions UAE, part of the world’s leading event organiser. Airport Show is drawing on Reed’s global network of offices and promoters which extends to 65 countries. Airport Show is part of Reed’s industry-leading aerospace and aviation portfolio which includes events such as Asian Aerospace, Aircraft Interiors, Aerospace Testing, and Helitech. Reed’s industry expertise and market knowledge delivers even more value to all participants, and Airport Show 2010 will create an unrivalled platform for all who are serious about doing business in this dynamic market.
