1. Exhibiting Information

Airport Show 2023 will take place from 9th May until 11th May 2023 at DWTC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

       10:00– 18:00 hrs, Thursday, 11th May

No. Airport Show is open to the public for 3 days, where visitors can register online or onsite to attend the event.Visitor registration will be available shortly.

Space only is the rental of floor space only and does not include any utilities, services, walls or furnishings. Additional services need to be ordered separately through the Exhibitor Services Manual, available online. Exhibitor registration includes web listing with link to your company website; free listing in the Event Directory, product showcase and business matchmaking opportunities.

Yes. Co-exhibitors can exhibit at your stand. The primary exhibiting company must fill out the co-exhibitor application form. The form must be filled out for each additional co-exhibiting company and must be signed by the primary exhibitor. The cost per co-exhibitor is 409 USD. All co-exhibitors will be listed as an individual exhibitor online and will have their own Event Directory. All orders or services for co-exhibitors will be invoiced to the primary exhibitors’ invoice address. 

Yes. In case of withdrawal, all sums paid or remaining to be paid are due to the organizer (Please refer on the Article 6 of the Terms & Conditions of the participation contract).

2. Exhibitor Services

The Exhibitor Zone is an online exhibitor service tool available to all registered exhibitors. This is a password-protected area in which you can book various services and see all important event information in one place. Personal access information is automatically sent out to the company’s main contact person for Airport Show (as indicated on the participation contract). The password gives you direct access to the data provided by your company and your co-exhibitors. To log-in, click on https://www.theairportshow.com/exhibitor-portal

Exhibitor Zone includes the following features:

  • Update company contact details, logo & company profile
  • Share information and images about products and services
  • Upload promotional materials
  • Social media promotion
  • Uploading latest company news and press releases
  • Access the online Exhibitor Manual and Exhibitor Services Forms

The Exhibitor Manual contains the technical services offered to exhibitors, such as booth construction, electricity, exhibitor badges, parking tickets, cleaning and other useful information relating to your stand build up. These services are provided by either organizers or the contractual partners of the Airport Show. 

The list of mandatory forms which will be filled by the Exhibitors can be found in the Exhibitor Manual.

This is normally published online 6 to 7 months prior to the event and can be found under Exhibitor Zone.

Exhibitors may edit or complete their company information through the Exhibitor Zone on the event website.

Exhibitors are entitled to one free website and mobile application listing of which does not exceed 150 words.

To complete your Exhibitor Directory Content, please follow the below steps:

  1. Login to: https://www.theairportshow.com/exhibitor-portal
  2. Log in using the username and password, sent to you by e-mail
  3. Then click on “Update Company Profile

Exhibitor passes can be requested online through the badge registration system. The registration link will be sent to the company's main contact person (as indicated on the participation contract). This link can then be shared to anyone from your company who wants to register for an exhibitor pass. If you have not received the Exhibitor Pass registration link, please contact customerservice.airportshow@rxglobal.com. The registration must be completed prior to the deadline. 

Exhibitor Badges can be collected from the registration counters onsite prior to the opening of the show. The schedule will be shared closer to the event.

No. An exhibitor pass does not grant you access to the conference. You must register as delegate to attend conference programs.

Yes. There are a few meeting rooms available, located above the exhibition halls in DWTC. The rooms can be booked on a half-day and daily basis. Exhibitors are responsible for arranging their own catering, audio visuals and security needs directly through Airport Show recommended contractors. 

Note: Meeting rooms are only available to exhibiting companies.

Yes, Airport Show has negotiated hotel rates, air tickets and even tour packages in Dubai exclusively for exhibitors, delegates and visitors. 

Yes, Airport Show team will issue an invitation letter to Airport Show attendees for your visa application. You can register yourself and your employees through the UAE embassy located in your country.

The Airport Show traffic guide will be sent by email 2 weeks prior to the date of stand build-up, which shows entrances, vehicle access points, parking lots and service facilities.

3. Stand Planning & Construction

Booth construction, walls or furnishings can be delivered by your own stand building company. If you booked shell scheme stand and would like to have additional furniture, you can contact the Airport Show appointed contractor on:

The Stand construction guidelines can be found on the Exhibitor Manual (Section 2). Stand builder must consider the following:

  • Stand walls must be no higher than 4 meters.
  • Perimeter walls on an aisle should be no longer than 4m without a natural break of 1.8m wide.
  • Where a stand joins another and where the wall is higher than the neighbouring wall (no more than 4m), the visible area must be painted in a neutral colour to present a neat appearance on the neighbour’s side.
  • Branding and advertising is not permitted on this part of the wall.
  • The back wall of a neighbouring stand may not be used

  • Space Exhibitors are fully responsible for building their own stand. They should appoint a contractor for their stand build up and break down.
  • Shell Scheme stands will be provided by the organizers and will be delivered to exhibitors ready for set-up.

No, you would need a reinforced wall panel, a display panel or a TV stand. A reinforced wall panel is a 5mm thick wooden panel which provides support to anything you want to hang on the wall. 

Shell scheme wall panels can hold a hanging item of up to 2kg in weight. Please contact the official stand contractor for more details.

No, for health and safety reasons you’re not allowed to expand beyond your stand area.

You can apply vinyl stickers or double sided tape directly to your wall, but no permanent fixings such as hooks, screws, nails or paint. If you want to install a completely seamless graphic panel, please contact the event's official stand contractor.

All Exhibitors are requested to coordinate with Airport Show official forwarder for delivering their stand construction materials: Kindly note that no other forwarder will be permitted to enter the halls.
