What to expect at Airport Show 2022

At Airport Show, we are all about connecting people, and so the health and safety of our visitors, exhibitors and staff is of the utmost priority. Our team are working closely with local authorities to implement all necessary precautions and we will continue to update you on the specifics as we approach the show. We are dedicated to providing you with robust safety measures whilst creating an environment in which your business can thrive again. Here’s how your show will look different this year:

What to expect?

General

Pre-register – we’re limiting walked-up admissions

Don’t attend - if your ill, high-risk or vulnerable

Daily admissions / attendance – we’re complying with municipal authority standards by limiting daily attendance & the number of admissions

Physical distancing measures – we’re following municipal authority standards by encouraging 2-m distancing throughout the venue

Good respiratory hygiene – facemasks are mandatory for all

Enhanced cleaning – there’ll be more regular cleaning especially of heavy footfall areas & high touchpoints

On-site medical services & facilities – our onsite medical services are available throughout the show period

Ambient environmental controls – airflow & ventilation will be controlled throughout the venue

Visitors

Acknowledgements, self-declarations & waivers – you must sign as accepting our rules 

Contact tracing data capture – personal data will be retained to satisfy contact tracing requests in line with data privacy & protection regulations

Physical distancing – we’ve deployed a range of measures to help encourage physical distancing & keep you safe - please be patient

Good (respiratory) hygiene – facemasks are mandatory -  make sure you bring your facemask & practice good respiratory hygiene

Sanitising stations – hand sanitising stations are available throughout the venue & exhibition halls

Prohibitions – avoid shaking hands

Exhibitors

Acknowledgements, self-declarations & waivers – you must sign as accepting our rules 

Contact tracing data capture – personal data will be retained to satisfy contact tracing requests in line with data privacy & protection regulations

Physical distancing – stands will be restricted to maximum visitor capacities at any time – stands should be designed to preserve physical distancing

Good (respiratory) hygiene – facemasks are mandatory -  make sure you bring your facemask & practice good respiratory hygiene

Enhanced cleaning – regular in-hours as well as out-of-hours cleaning and (biohazardous) waste disposal is available  

Prohibitions – no sampling / demonstrations etc
