Requirements for Participating

Professionals from the Airports, Airlines, Air Navigation Authorities, Border Security, Cargo/Freight Companies, Civil Aviation Authorities, Customs Ground Handling, and Immigration Authorities.

Direct spend in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia (MEASA) region’s airport development market currently pegged at over USD 1.3 Trillion.

The capacity to exhibit current MEASA products or provide a well-defined business plan for growth within the MEASA region’s airports industry.

Annual budget that is consolidated in various categories (flights, hotels, transport, etc.).

Must not have participated in the Airport Show Business Connect programme in the last three years.

Must be willing to follow the terms and conditions of the Hosted Buyer programme, including all attendance requirements.

Be able to provide transactions/references for business conducted in the last 6 months to 1 year.

Must have an intermediate level of English to communicate with international Exhibitors.

Hosted Buyer Commitments
- Attend a minimum of 8 pre-scheduled appointments per day on all 3 days of the show
- Prepare to arrive the day before the start of the event and leave only after the close of the show
- Uphold all Business Connect Programme commitments
- Complete Hosted Buyer & Company profiles in full
- Attend any mandatory Hosted Buyer events as scheduled
- Rate all appointments
- Complete the hosted buyer and official post-show survey
