Introducing the Women in Aviation Webinar Series
In partnership with the Women in Aviation International association (Middle East Chapter) and supported by Airport Show, The webinar aims to provide a platform bringing together influential women in aviation to share their experience, knowledge and skills and discuss the main challenges facing women in aviation, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The webinar will allow attendees to hear from highly successful female aviation professionals, with particular reference to the region and understand how they can develop successful and rewarding careers in this exciting industry. The discussions will also help HR professionals build their own programmes to bridge the gender gap, in line with the UAE government’s efforts to progress gender equity in the workplace and similar programmes across the wider Middle East.
