UAP investment from Supernal to aid in integrating AAM into current air travel
Urban-Air Port Ltd (UAP) announces that it has obtained investment from Supernal to help it reap its shared ambition of integrating advanced air mobility (AAM) into current transport networks, offering a seamless passenger experience. The investment will go towards UAP's intention of building 200 vertiport installations throughout the world within the next five years. UAP's vertiport sites will provide key infrastructure for the widespread adoption of eVTOL aircraft such as freight drones and air taxis. The market for urban air transportation is predicted to grow at a 9% annual pace, reaching US$12.7 billion by 2027.
